I am looking to hire a full-time Process Engineering Manager for reputable manufacturing company here in Butler, WI (53007) . This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $130,000 - $150,000 salary & Benefits

Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc.

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F (8 hour shifts, 7am – 3:30pm)

Remote: No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and manage the process engineering staff.
\n
• Lead by example, and drive SQDC philosophy.
\n
• Through deployment of scientific molding principles, develop processes, work instructions, and techniques supporting Installation, Operational and Performance Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) and robust manufacture of specific products.
\n
• Ensure process development, validation, and documentation activities comply with ISO 13485 and regulatory/customer requirements where applicable.
\n
• Lead process qualification at headquarters and drive effective technology transfer to other plants, including standard work, training, and sustainment plans to ensure consistent performance.
\n
• Compile and organize specifications relative to engineering and design.
\n
• Calculate and prepare data to develop cost estimates and quotations for piece parts and required tooling, coordinate information with manufacturing, sales, tooling, quality, and material control departments.
\n
• Prepare and validate data for electronic processing
\n
• Develop processes and production standards which meet quality specifications.
\n
• Provide cross-functional technical support to Manufacturing, Sales, and Quality Assurance to ensure capable, compliant processes and timely issue resolution.
\n
• Bachelors Degree + any RJG Master Molder or Paulsen Certifications preferred
