• Night shifts: 7 pm - 7 am; 12 shifts per month for an optimal work-life balance
• Dedicated Hospitalist Admitter works 11 am - 9 pm, reducing admission load at shift start
• Sign out directly to daytime rounders at 7 am with no rounding responsibilities
• Manageable census of 5 - 10 admissions and consults per evening
• No procedures required; focus on admissions, cross-coverage, and rapid responses
• Currently on Meditech EMR with upcoming upgrade to Epic

• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome; DEA required
