We#39;re hiring an enthusiastic Event Management Trainee to join our growing team and support live events, event marketing, nonprofit campaigns, community outreach, and in-person promotional initiatives .
No previous event management or marketing experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and professional development are provided.

About the Event Management Trainee Role
As an Event Management Trainee, you#39;ll gain practical experience supporting live events and community-focused campaigns while working alongside an experienced team.

What You#39;ll Do
As an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee, responsibilities may include:
Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs
Support event setup and breakdown, including signage, promotional materials, registration areas, and event supplies
Represent nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns at in-person events
Welcome and interact with attendees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer questions and provide information about campaigns, programs, and initiatives
Support event activities and help create a positive attendee experience
Work with team members to achieve event, outreach, and campaign goals
Assist with attendance tracking, collecting feedback, and completing basic event reports
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and professional development
Learn the fundamentals of event planning, event marketing, community engagement, and promotional campaigns
No Experience Required
You don#39;t need previous event management, marketing, or nonprofit experience to apply.
Paid training is provided from day one , giving entry-level candidates the opportunity to learn while gaining practical experience in a professional environment.
