What You'll Do

• Administer acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor treatment responses, vascular access, and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document treatments and patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention, and dialysis standards
• Promote a compassionate, patient-centered care environment

What You Need

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Experience with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills

• Experience in other acute care settings beyond dialysis
